Safety & Hire Requirements

No demolition use permitted
Maximum 12 operating hours per machine per day
Maximum 500 km per day on vehicles and trailers
Fuel must be returned full
Equipment must be returned clean
SWMS documentation available
GPS tracking fitted to equipment
Pre-start checks and logbook completion required
Additional cleaning, fuel, damage or excess usage charges may apply
Equipment remains the property of Eastern Downs Plant Hire at all times
Wet hire only where agreed in writing
Operator competency may be required before hire approval
