Booking Process

Your selected dates are submitted as a booking request. Guests must confirm their email address. Signed-in customers using their verified account email can submit directly for review. EDPH will approve the booking manually.

Safety & Hire Requirements

No demolition use permitted
Maximum 12 operating hours per machine per day
Maximum 500 km per day on vehicles and trailers
Fuel must be returned full
Equipment must be returned clean
SWMS documentation available
GPS tracking fitted to equipment
Pre-start checks and logbook completion required
Additional cleaning, fuel, damage or excess usage charges may apply
Equipment remains the property of Eastern Downs Plant Hire at all times
Wet hire only where agreed in writing
Operator competency must be confirmed before hire approval

I confirm that the operator is competent to safely operate the hired equipment and selected attachments. I agree to ensure daily pre-start checks are performed and the required pre-start records, logbooks and other hire and safety documentation are completed throughout the hire.
